- Take a thick glass and warm it with your hands. Place a tablespoon inside and continue keeping it warm.
- Pour wiskey and sugar in the glass and mix.
- Add the coffee really slowly (you don't want to break the glass from the heat).
- Now top the coffee with some whipped cream.
Your coffee is ready!
Tips:
For this recipe, you can't use low fat or soy whipped cream because you won't have the same results.Sugar is nessessary for an Irish Coffee so as to achieve the ideal consistency and keep the cream on top.
You can replace the filter coffee with a double esspresso and add warm water until the coffee-water mixture is 180ml.
