You will need:
For the mix:
- 125gr. cocoa powder
- 1 bag of chocolate pudding
- 6 tablespoons sugar
For one serving:
- 1 cup of milk (low fat, full fat, almond milk etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of the mix
- cinnamon (optionally)
Steps:
- Pour one cup of milk in a saucepan.
- Add two tablespoons of the mixture.
- Stir constantly, until it boils and becomes as thick as you prefer.
- You may add now the cinnamon or some drops or vanilla extract.
- Pour your hot chocolate in a mug and enjoy!!!
You will need:
- 1kg. milk
- 100gr. honey
- 1 vanilla stick
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 400gr. couverture chocolate (60%-66% cocoa, melted)
Steps:
- Put the milk, the honey, the vanilla, the cinnamon and the pepper in a pot.
- When it starts to boil, take the pot off the stove and add the melted chocolate.
- Leave the mixture for 10', then give it a good stir.
- Throw away the vanilla and the cinnamon and heat the mixture again (not too much).
- Then serve the mixture in 6-7 cups.
Tips:
- Melt the chocolate couverture using Bain-marie.

- 3 cups hot chocolate or hot cocoa, cooled
- 3 scoops

- One teaspoon Greek coffee
- Some water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Take a coffee pot and fill it with a small cup of water.
- Then add the coffee and some sugar if you if you want your coffee to be sweet.
- Using a teaspoon, stir your coffee. Traditionally, the coffee must be stirred as many times as the age of the person that will drink it.
- When the coffee starts to rise, pour it in the cup.
- Enjoy it while it is hot, with a loukoumi, a cookie or some cake by the side.
Tips:
- You can add 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder when the coffee is ready and still hot. Now, you can taste one of the healthiest energy drinks!
