You will need:

For the mix:


  • 125gr. cocoa powder
  • 1 bag of chocolate pudding
  • 6 tablespoons sugar

For one serving:

  • 1 cup of milk (low fat, full fat, almond milk etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons of the mix
  • cinnamon (optionally)

Steps:

  1. Pour one cup of milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add two tablespoons of the mixture.
  3. Stir constantly, until it boils and becomes as thick as you prefer.
  4. You may add now the cinnamon or some drops or vanilla extract.
  5. Pour your hot chocolate in a mug and enjoy!!!

You will need:

  • a box of digestive biscuits (200 gr)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 can of dulce de leche
  • 1 bag of chocolate drops

Steps:

  1. Put the digestive biscuits and the banana in a blender and mix them well.
  2. Drop the dulce de leche in the mixture and stir.
  3. Make small balls with the mixture and put them in the refrigerator for at least 15'.
  4. Melt the chocolate drops and use it to cover the banoffee balls.
  5. Let them cool at room temperature.

Tips:

  • You can frost them with dulche de leche, biscuit crumbs or nuts.

You will need:


  • 400gr. hazelnuts
  • 360gr. caster sugar
  • 50gr. cocoa powder
  • 130gr. hazelnut (or seed) oil
  • 200gr. milk couverture chocolate

Steps:


  1. Put the hazelnuts in a blender.
  2. Put half the oil and blend until the hazelnuts are dissolved.
  3. Stop blending when the mixture has a thin texture (4'-5' approximately).
  4. Cut the chocolate in little chunks and put it in the blender. The chocolate will melt because of the high temperature from the mixture.
  5. Mix for 10'' and add the caster sugar and the cocoa powder.
  6. Mix for one minute and the spread is ready.

Tips:

  • You can keep it for 1-2 months out of the fridge or longer when stored in the fridge.
  • If your blender is small, use half the amount of the ingredients and then repeat the process with the other half.

You will need:

  • 2 teaspoons black sugar
  • 60ml. wiskey

  • 50ml. dark rum
  • 100ml. cola

  • 1 package puff pastry

You will need:

  • 500gr. sesame seeds (or any other nut of your choice)

You will need:

  • One teaspoon Greek coffee
  • Some water
  • Sugar (optional)

Steps:

  1. Take a coffee pot and fill it with a small cup of water.
  2. Then add the coffee and some sugar if you if you want your coffee to be sweet.
  3. Using a teaspoon, stir your coffee. Traditionally, the coffee must be stirred as many times as the age of the person that will drink it.
  4. When the coffee starts to rise, pour it in the cup.
  5. Enjoy it while it is hot, with a loukoumi, a cookie or some cake by the side.

Tips:

  • You can add 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder when the coffee is ready and still hot. Now, you can taste one of the healthiest energy drinks!

  • 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • some drops of water
