You will need:
- Spaghetti
- Vegetables of your choice
- Low fat milk
- A pinch of pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Steps:
- Take the vegetbles and chop them in small pieces. For my recipe, I chose a large tomato, 1/2 onion, some green pepper, a carrot and some basil.
- In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. When the pan is hot, place the chopped vegetables.
- When the vegetables have a light brown colour, remove the pan from the kitchen.
- Then, fill a pot with water, a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- When the water in the pot is boiling, put the spaghetti inside and stir.
- After about 10 minutes (depends on the brand you chose), remove the water and the spaghetti from the pot.
- Add a tablespoon of oil in the pot, the spaghetti and the vegetables.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk. If your food seems to be dry, you can add some more milk.
- Add some cheese, a pinch of pepper and serve in a large plate.
