Coffee Ice cream

You will need:

  • 400ml heavy cream
  • 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • some drops of water

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, pour the heavy cream and whip it using a mixer until it begins to form soft peaks.
  2. Then add the condensed milk and mix it well.
  3. In a small cup, put a tablespoon of instant coffee and add some drops of water. You don't want to add much water, 3-5 drops will do the job.
  4. Then, you add the coffee to the bowl, mixing it with the other ingredients.
  5. Finally, place the mixture in a container, secure it using a lid or some cling film and put it in the freezer.
  6. Every 1 hour, get the ice cream out of the freezer and mix it a little bit. After 5 hours, the ice cream is ready.
