Nutella Croissants - 3 Ingredients only


You will need:

  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets) at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Take the puff pastry out of it's package, put it on a non-stick greaseproof paper and cut each sheet of the puff pastry in 6 right triangles.
  3. On the widest part of each triangle, place one teaspoon of Nutella.
  4. Take the widest part of the triangle, and start foiling it.
  5. When all the croissants are shaped, mix the sweetened condensed milk with one teaspoon of water in a small cup. With the milk, brush on top of the croissants to make them have that golden finish.
  6. Bake the croissants for 20'-25' until they are golden.
You can eat them right after you bake them, or keep them in a container for up to 3 days.

Tip:

You can also try your own fillings. For example, you can fill your croissants with marmalade or eat them without any filling, placing a little bit of butter while they are still hot.
